iRISEmedia is very pleased  to announce their Joint Venture partnership agreement  with Marlin, one of Brazil’s top custom web solutions providers. The Agreement was signed in October of 2009 and has been successfully implemented through the first two quarters of 2010.

Marlin is a leader in e-commerce web development and digital marketing in Brazil and Latin America. Marlin is an award winning Brazilian Internet company established in 1991 and works with some of Brazil’s top brands and financial institutions.

This partnership will enable iRISEmedia to access Marlin’s services and technologies and will also provide iRISEmedia with the opportunity to offer their complete range of Web Marketing Solutions to the Brazilian and Latin American markets.  iRISEmedia and Marlin will work closely with one another to deliver online sales and marketing solutions to Canadian, U.S. and Brazil based clients.

iRISEmedia’s powerful search engine, social media and mobile marketing capabilities will assist Marlin’s Brazilian clients to increase their brand awareness and revenues in North America.  In turn, Marlin will provide its online expertise to iRISEmedia’s North American clients in order to expand their online presence in Brazil and Latin America.

This is a breakthrough development for iRISEmedia as it will assist in its global expansion efforts and will enable iRISEmedia to service one of the fastest growing markets in the world. It will also permit the North American market to be introduced to Marlin’s innovative e-commerce and web solution technologies.
