Firefox is On Fire in Europe, Overtakes Internet Explorer

In a report made by StatCounter, Mozilla’s web browser Firefox just overtook Microsoft’s Internet Explorer (IE) in a European post in December. According to StatCounter, a company that monitors browser usage, Mozilla’s Firefox scored 38% of market share, while Internet Explorer pulled in 37% in Europe.
Things are very different in North America. In the USA and Canada, Internet Explorer still reigns supreme with a 48% share of the browser market. Firefox follows with 26% while Chrome owns 12% and Apple’s Safari carved into 10% of the market share.
